American Marines Look for Alternative Combat Vehicle Models

Alternative Models of American Marine Combat Vehicles
Virginia / United States (IndonesiaMandiri) - The United States Marine Corps (USMC) has an amphibious combat vehicle to support the landing of the latter, known as AAV (Amphibious Assault Vehicle such as LVPT-7). Now with various changes in doctrine and strategy, USMC needs a new landing vehicle categorized as an Amphibious Combat Vehicle / ACV which is planned to slowly replace AAV.

The vehicle has been exhibited at the Modern Day Marine Expo event in Quantico, Virginia this year.
